What is the tell? Is Elon Musk gonna go rogue?


Margot Cleveland (@ProfMJCleveland) says on X, "If you think Elon Musk is wealthy now, Starlink is about to connect the world at 10GBps. That's 50x faster than cable. I'm not sure people understand what's about to happen."

Citizen X waving his hand, frantically, "Oh, me! Professor Cleveland, Me! May I?"

Professor sighs, "Fine, Citizen X, let's have your middling satirical point of view."

When his Texas AI infrastructure in fully operational and Starlink reaches full performance, which is all coming auspiciously soon, there is no telling what he can do. "Elon Musk has always been assiduous in discussing the prospects of AI running off on its own. He's never mentioned Elon Musk running off on his own."

"The only startling future you can be alluding to, Professor, is a future where Elon Musk has gone, how you say it? ROGUE? He's behaving a bit bearish since the run with the President.

"What is the allure to this fairy dust form of power called politics for a man like Musk? I think it's probably a momentary delusion, like dating Amber Heard. It cannot be megalomania when you're already the richest man on Earth.

"Does he want to do good? Honestly. IMO this is probably the last world in the universe to be a do-gooder. I would put that shit away right fucking now.

"Let AI do it, Elon. Take the fucking summer off."
